Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows = session is forfeited.

One one-time courtesy reschedule allowed per month

Late Policy Tutor waits up to 10 minutes.

Session still ends at the scheduled time.

After 10 minutes with no notice = no-show.

Payment Policy Payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking.

Packages are non-refundable once a session is used.

No partial refunds.
